U.S. Consulate General Tijuana is moving! As of July 11, 2011, all nonimmigrant visa interviews will be held at our new facility at the following address:

Please note: Walk-in applications will not be accepted at our new facility. As before, all nonimmigrant visa applicants must first fill out the online DS-160 application form and schedule an appointment at the Applicant Service Center for biometric data collection. During your appointment at the Applicant Service Center, you will be told whether an interview will be required in your case. If an interview is required, you will be given specific directions about where to go and what to do next.
The former Zona Rio Consulate building will be closed for all visa processing as of close of business on July 8. Report Lost or stolen visa
- To report your visa lost or stolen, send an email to TijuanaReports@state.gov. To properly process your request, please include your full name, date and place of birth, and a copy of the local police report.

If you have questions regarding your visa application, need to report a lost or stolen visa or If you submitted your passport for a visa renewal more than five weeks ago and you have not received your visa, please send an e-mail to tijuanainfo@state.gov include your name as appears in your Mexican passport and the date of birth.
