Report Lost or stolen visa

  • To report your visa lost or stolen, send an email to TijuanaReports@state.gov. To properly process your request, please include your full name, date and place of birth, and a copy of the local police report.

  • If you have questions regarding your visa application, need to report a lost or stolen visa or If you submitted your passport for a visa renewal more than five weeks ago and you have not received your visa, please send an e-mail to tijuanainfo@state.gov include your name as appears in your Mexican passport and the date of birth.
