U.S. citizens requiring emergency assistance should contact the Embassy at 55-5080-2000 (dialing from within Mexico City, or 011-52-555-080-2000 dialing from the United States), state your emergency to the operator, and ask for American Citizen Services Unit. If you sent an email to a U.S. Embassy or Consulate email address between 8pm on Friday, Nov 14th and 8am Tuesday, Nov 18th, we may not have received your message. Please resend your email. E Visa applicants who submitted electronic copies of their application packages after 8pm Friday, Nov 14th should resubmit the packages in hard copy directly to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where you intend to apply. Electronic submissions of E visa packages is currently experiencing technical difficulties, and we may not receive your application.
